This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits, and service adjustments are handled for Forex VPS, training, and digital services purchased from fxvpspro.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Quick Summary

We offer a 7-Day Paid Trial (discounted introductory plan) that is non-refundable. All VPS services are activated only after manual human verification, and activation may take 30 minutes to 3 hours. Refunds are generally not available after activation; in rare verified infrastructure failures, we may offer service credits.

1. VPS Activation & Manual Verification

For security, fraud prevention, and abuse control, all VPS orders are processed only after manual human verification. This helps protect customers and our payment partners.

After verification, VPS provisioning typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on order volume, verification status, and provisioning queue.

Important: Verification and provisioning time is not a basis for refunds. If verification fails or an order is rejected for security reasons, the order will not be activated and payment may be voided or returned to the original method (where applicable).

2. 7-Day Paid Trial (Non-Refundable)

The 7-Day Trial Plan is a paid, discounted introductory VPS offer. Because resources (CPU, RAM, IP address, storage, and bandwidth) are allocated upon activation, the trial fee covers provisioning and infrastructure costs.

• All payments for the 7-Day Paid Trial are strictly non-refundable.
• Trial plans are limited in scope and are intended for evaluation only.
• Abuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity may result in termination without refund.

3. Regular Forex VPS Plans

Once a Forex VPS plan is activated, it is generally non-refundable due to immediate resource allocation. However, in rare cases of verified infrastructure failure, we may consider a remedy.

We may offer service credits only if:

• A confirmed hardware or network failure originates from our infrastructure.
• Our technical team verifies the issue and determines the service is unusable.
• The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Remedies may include service credits, plan extension, migration, or replacement provisioning. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and credits will not be provided for:

• Trading performance, strategy results, broker execution, EA performance, or market-related outcomes.
• Latency expectations not guaranteed, or third-party broker/platform routing issues.
• IP blocks or restrictions imposed by brokers, platforms, or third parties.
• User misconfiguration, software conflicts, or lack of technical knowledge.
• Failure to cancel before renewal or recurring billing charges.
• Any violation of our Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Forex Training & Digital Services

All training programs, downloadable products, and access-based digital services are non-refundable once access is granted or digital delivery is completed.

Due to the digital nature of these services, all sales are final after access or delivery.

6. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

Any transaction identified as suspicious, fraudulent, or related to card testing may result in immediate termination of service without refund. We may submit relevant evidence to payment processors to dispute chargebacks.

7. Refund Method & Processing

• Any approved return (when applicable) will be issued only to the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the provider or bank.
• Transaction fees, processing fees, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
